Our Policies
Payment & Refund Policy Payments Payment is not required to secure and confirm all appointments. Accepted payment methods are those available at checkout on our website. A Cancellations & Refunds Appointments may be canceled by contacting us directly. Refunds for canceled appointments will be issued within 7 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment whenever possible. Failure to provide access to the job site or required furniture at the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of payment. Furniture Assembly Disclaimer We take care during the assembly process; however, we are not responsible for damage to furniture, parts, or materials. This includes damage caused by: Manufacturer defects Low-quality or damaged materials Pre-existing issues Incomplete or incorrect manufacturer instructions By booking our services, customers acknowledge that furniture assembly involves inherent risks and accept responsibility for the condition of their items. Wall Mounting Policy We do not mount any items to walls. This includes, but is not limited to: TVs Shelving Cabinets Mirrors Artwork Our services are limited to freestanding furniture assembly only.
